One Simple Method for Measuring Quantum Energetic Skincare

August 27, 2018 phyto5.us
A picture of the Bovis scale applied to PHYTO5 (Phytobiodermie) quantum energetic skincare registering at the highest level for this scales

Alfred (Antoine) Bovis (1871-1947), was a French physicist and archaeologist who noticed a difference in the energy levels surrounding the great pyramids while traveling through Egypt in the 1930s. Fascinated by the subtle energy emanating from matter he became focused on devising a method to measure what he called the Life Force Index generated by places, people, animals, plants, and food. He was particularly interested in identifying foods that contribute to our vitality in order to eliminate the others that weaken both our vitality and immune system. The outcome of his effort became known as the Biometer or Bovis Scale.

It turns out that Mr. Bovis was a contemporary of my grandfather, a medical doctor. As a young child I used to make fun of my grandfather using a pendulum to evaluate what foods to eat to benefit him most. I suspected that his predilection for my grandmother’s chocolate mousse was more guided by his taste buds than the vital energy of the chocolate! Yet, as I became more aware of and interested in vital energy, I discovered that a dedicated and honest (non-biased) practitioner with a pendulum can help a patient make important choices and decisions just as modern muscle testing has proven, when used professionally, to be very helpful in selecting supplements, vitamins, food, and even medicine and doses.

Bovis was also a contemporary of Einstein. They lived in an era when the whole issue of relationship between matter and energy came to a head with Einstein's famous equation. At that time it became fair game to talk about energy transforming itself into matter as well as matter changing itself into energy. The notion that matter constantly emanated a subtle energy was no longer a joke. Scientific measurement of that subtle energy had to wait a while longer until the appropriate scientific equipment became available to prove the hypothesis. Such equipment is not available to all of us whereas the Bovis method and scale continues to be a simple worthwhile approach.

Click the video below to see how dowsing and the Bovis scale work to demonstrate the high vibrational frequency of PHYTO5 quantum energetic skincare.grand

PHYTO5 professionals from Weiler Academy in Wisconsin demonstrate PHYTO5 Fire element Phyt’Ether serum’s high vibrational frequency using dowsing rods and the Bovis scale

The Bovis method uses an empirical tool such as the dowser forks or a pendulum. The object is positioned next to the Bovis scale (see illustration) and the pendulum is held over the object as the practitioner waits for the emanating invisible radiation to start moving the pendulum. As it moves it will point toward a number on the scale. Bovis original scale went from 0 to 18,000. He determined that negative energies were below 6,500 and positive ones above 6,500. That number became his neutral point. The idea is that anything above 6,500 contributes to vitality and anything below weakens vitality. Besides using this approach on food, he was fond of also measuring the energetic frequency of sacred or other kinds of places on earth.

At it is often the case with empirical methods that have proven useful throughout the ages, subsequent scientific discoveries might give a greater level of rationale to explain why the method gives results. In that regard, some scientifically inclined practitioners have reasoned that the Bovis method was actually measuring the intrinsic photon* energy of a person (bio photon**), place or thing. Another way to put it is that the Bovis scale quantifies how positively or negatively charged a substance, creature or place is.

Scientific research seems to show that a positive or life-enhancing value on the Bovis scale relates to a counterclockwise direction of the spin of atoms. A clockwise spin of atoms and molecules gives a Bovis reading below 6,500 which is weakening. It is also said that our own DNA and living pure water produce a leftward or counterclockwise spiral, whereas cancer cells and “dead” water produce  a rightward/clockwise turning spin.

Most sources indicate the minimum vibratory rate of a human being is approximately 8,000 Bovis units although there are many students of vibration that say the human vibratory rate is revving up significantly at this time in our energetic history. They say it is accelerating in order to remain in alignment with the accelerating vibration of earth.

The stress we cause ourselves by dwelling in negative emotions and destructive habits can actually be measured on the Bovis scale. Emotions like fear, anger, anxiety and habits that detract from our vitality rather than add to it will decrease our vibratory rate making it more difficult for us to maintain a high vitality level as it diminishes our life force and destabilizes our immune system.

We can maintain and increase our own vibratory frequency not only with higher frequency food but also by living more consciously and by making choices that vibrate at a higher frequency. In that regard, our emotions and how we relate to destabilizing events or simply unpleasant situations become critical as they impact our energetic field and level of vitality.

One example of a higher frequency lifestyle choice would be choosing to eat high spectrum foods. For example, if we eat food that might measure at only 5,000 Bovis units, especially if consumed repetitively, it stands to reason that this habit would be debilitating, tiring, and would ultimately compromise our immune system. On the other hand, if we were to choose to very frequently consume organic fresh salads, we would add to our existing vitality and our immune system would be strengthened. We would be able to live an all around higher quality of life.

The products of the traditional PHYTO5 energetic lines have for some 40 years registered around 12,000 Bovis units which exactly corresponds to the Bovis definition of ‘energetic.’ PHYTO5’s new generation of quantum skincare products are registering at the 18,000 Bovis units level placing them at the subtle or “spiritual” level. This measurement falls in line with the definition of quantum. At the quantum level, energetic PHYTO5 products balance vital energy, balance skin conditions, and balance emotions. This is the unique selling proposition of the PHYTO5 energetic line which makes for unique spa treatments as well as home regimens.

“Quantum healing moves away from external, high-technology methods towards the deepest core of the mind-body system. This core is where healing begins. To go there and learn to promote the healing response, you must get past all the grosser levels of the body–cells, tissues, organs, and systems–and arrive at the junction point between mind and matter, the point where consciousness actually starts to have an effect.”
— Deepak Chopra

To gain a better perspective of what this means for PHYTO5 skincare, consider that cosmetic products made essentially of synthetic chemicals will be in the 5,000 Bovis units range. Even the new wave of plant-based skincare products commonly found for sale today do not appear to rank much above 6.500 Bovis.

*Photon: a concept developed by Einstein. It is a quantum of light or other electromagnetic radiation. It carries energy but has no mass.

**Bio photon: photon of light in the ultra-violet and low visible range produced by a biological system.

Enhance Your Wei Chi to Increase Your Well-Being

May 2, 2017 phyto5.us
Buddha_Himalayas.jpg

For thousands of years, mystics have known and advocated this truth and for several recent decades, so have quantum physicists: “ALL IS ONE.” Expressed in different words, this truth is fundamental to both religion and science but the core idea is the same.

The truth that all is one is becoming clear to an increasing number of people regardless of their religion or degree of scientific education. Still, this core idea is held as truth by a minority of people.

This is evident given the degree and spread of violence, disease and disparity around the world and the many other forms of man’s inhumanity to man. Peace, vitality, equanimity and justice for all in the world will occur only when enough people understand that hurting anyone else is actually hurting oneself and that hurting the environment including our animals is destructive to ourselves.

The extent to which we feel connected to or separated from whatever we feel necessary to make us whole, happy and fulfilled, creates the root of all our emotions which, in turn, becomes the driving force in our lives.

If the absolute truth is that ALL IS ONE, the evidence of our physical senses, supported by our mental interpretation of our human situation, points exactly to the opposite. We appear totally separated from each other, and in most instances, from what we desire, be it relationships, material possessions, or conditions.

From the moment of birth, the baby separated from its mother longs to be reconnected physically and emotionally.

This is deeply embedded in all of us. It takes different forms as we grow older but it stays with us. The need to connect with others and to feel like we belong is very much a part of the human experience.

For some, the most expedient and available solution might be to belong to a street gang. But for most, there are a number of connections we feel driven to make, such as with a spouse or partner, a family, a sports or social club, a church or other place of group worship or philosophy, a professional association, or organizations celebrating ethnic or national identity.

All of these are attempts to feel connected. That feeling is key to a sense of self-actualization, contentment, and well-being.

The sense of separation is, of course, the opposite. It prevents personal fulfillment. It permeates all our endeavors and human relationships. And, as we saw in our earlier Wei Chi blogs, emotionally-nourishing human relationships are one of the few natural ways we have to improve Wei Chi, our energetic immune system.

At the same time, we learned that the “5 devils” that attack Wei Chi are the negative emotions associated with the 5 elements of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). And, here again, we are invited to emotional maturity by gaining greater mastery over our emotions. We must avoid negativity and foster positive emotions. It is incumbent on each of us to gain an awareness of our emotions–what triggers and what controls them. That is how we develop our E.Q.–our emotional quotient, commonly known as emotional intelligence.

This sense of separation is pervasive. Mystics are among the few who experience the ultimate connection–communion with their Source, whatever that might mean to each one of them. For Jesus of Nazareth, it is what caused him to say, “I and my father are one.”

Quantum physicists and others who embrace their conclusion experience intellectual communion and the satisfaction of embracing fundamental truth. Their vision, not unlike TCM’s vision, is that each one of us is made of energy and each with our own energy field that evolves in an infinite energetic substance (or field) that we call space.

A singularity of energy fields is that they can exist as a multitude within any given space. But as energy is polarized in positive and negative phases, there is an interplay between opposite energies while there is harmony with same polarity. More positive energy is elevating. More negative energy is abasing. This is our choice to make.

Now, back to wellness. We learn that we can’t ignore our emotions. They give us a clues on as to how to increase our sense of well-being, by increasing what adds to it and by eliminating what makes us feel unhappy, sorry for ourselves, fearful, or angry.

Once we have gained a fuller awareness of our emotions as a sort of guidance system, there are ways to mitigate the negative and enhance the positive.

PHYTO5 has developed one such exciting method with a new generation of wellness spa treatments.

Wei Chi and the Beauty of Emotions

April 13, 2017 phyto5.us
Happy.jpg

Maintaining an active Wei Chi is the best way to maintain a strong immune system. In a former blog, we defined Wei Chi:

Wei Chi is protector of your outer energy field (aura). It also protects the superficial layers of the body–the skin. Any pathogen that will eventually attack the physical body needs to first defeat Wei Chi by penetrating your aura and going past it through the skin layers. Wei Chi is the energy of your immune system and guardian of your health according to traditional Chinese medicine (TCM).

The primary way we enrich our Wei Chi is by cultivating emotionally satisfying relationships.

Next, we enrich our Wei chi by eliminating or at least lessening negative emotions. Negative emotions are the five “devils” described in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). They are the natural enemies of Wei Chi.

Thank you!

A high E.Q. (Emotional Quotient) will best predict a strong Wei Chi, and chi defense, in general.

Mature emotional intelligence is capable of managing both good and more challenging relationships. Combine this management with strong mastery over potential negative emotional reactions and now you have better control of your health.

And naturally exalted beauty is the end product. Balanced emotion encourages natural beauty.

As PHYTO5’s founding slogan says: “Beauty is health made visible!”

Even if we do a lot of other things right like maintaining a good diet, exercising, breathing well, sleeping, and enjoying holistic spa treatments, these things won’t be sufficient if our E. Q. is low.

PHYTO5 has evolved its well-known energetic method to help you squarely addressing negative emotions that form barriers to wellness and positive Wei Chi boosting emotions. The treatment approach we call The Beauty of Emotions. It offers unique quantum energy techniques and tools to assist you to feel and look better.

Two primary factors provide the foundation of PHYTO5's incredibly unique Beauty of Emotions treatment:

  • the fundamental principles of TCM, and

  • a proprietary new formulation method of our five-element skincare lines which elevates this high vibrational skincare to the level of quantum energy.

Feeling good must be our objective. It causes us to enjoy life more fully and it makes us more pleasant to be around.

Nevertheless, it’s almost too easy to focus on the good part of feeling good while many of us are challenged to even recognize or identify our feelings in the first place.

In other words, we must first become conscious of how we feel moment to moment and the impact we make on others' feelings when we interact with each other.

We cannot manage our emotions and reactions unless we are conscious of them. It is a sine qua non condition of developing our E. Q.

The Beauty of Emotions program as a program of wellness begins by assisting the client/patient to first become aware of how he or she feels.

At first, it may sound at once overly ambitious and somewhat invasive. In our society, we have a tendency to keep our true emotions hidden to such an extent that we either lose our awareness of them or we make efforts to hide them.

Still, there are ways to overcome these tendencies, at least with anyone who is willing. That is why an understanding of the importance of emotions in the process of achieving wellness is so relevant. That willingness borne of our understanding will assist us in improving our emotional quotient. As we improve our E. Q. we automatically elevate our health, happiness, character, and even our physical appearance.

The second part of the Beauty of Emotions program encompasses a number of new and specifically formulated PHYTO5 products which are essential tools of the program. From their very inception, PHYTO5 products were successfully formulated for the purpose of balancing chi. PHYTO5 accomplished this for many decades by creating products in alignment with the formulation principles of TCM and its foundational 5-Element Theory.

All along, PHYTO5 has understood that the "5 Devils” described as the natural enemies of Wei Chi (and of chi, in general) affect all aspects of our health, particularly the energy of our five pairs of organs and the function of the five major fluids. Balancing chi always has a beneficial effect on the emotions attached to each of the five pairs of organs.

PHYTO5's new product formulation has significantly increased the vibrational rate of PHYTO5 skincare products causing them to work faster and more deeply to balance not only the physical but the emotional aspects of our being.

We'll be sharing more on this fascinating subject when we unveil the Beauty of Emotions treatment protocol at the end of May 2017.

Of course, this program will need to be adapted to functions that a well-trained spa therapist can effectively perform and which he or she is allowed to perform by relevant state authorities. Special training for the Beauty of Emotions protocol will be involved.

In the meantime, think about the benefits of such an approach when you know how most of our spa clients, in fact, most of our population, live daily life under the duress of all sorts of pressure and unprecedented levels of stress.

Nature’s richness lies in its power to nourish all living things;
its greatness lies in its power to give them beauty and splendor.  –The I Ching

Wei Chi and Your Three Levels of Energetic Defense

April 3, 2017 phyto5.us
Feeling.jpg

According to traditional Chinese medicine (TMC), Wei Chi is protector of your outer energy field (aura). It also protects the superficial layers of the body–the skin. Any pathogen that will eventually attack the physical body needs to first defeat Wei Chi by penetrating your aura and going past it through the skin layers. Wei Chi is the energy of your immune system and guardian of your health according to TCM.

These are the four sources of Wei Chi:

  1. ancestral energy over which we have no control;

  2. lifestyle over which we have partial control;

  3. environment over which we have partial control;

  4. our positive emotional relationships over which we should be able to have the greatest influence.

Wei Chi has natural enemies.

The first group of Wei Chi’s natural enemies traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) calls the five “devils.” These are essentially climatic conditions over which we have limited to no control.

The second group of enemies is composed of the negative effect of any of TCM’s five fundamental emotions. Negative points to an excess or imbalance in that emotion.

Each of the five emotions corresponds to one of the five elements (Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water). Each emotion is like a coin with two faces. It has a positive and a negative side.

This is key: The negative aspect of each emotion diminishes Wei Chi while the positive side of each one of them becomes our greatest opportunity to strengthen our wei chi.

Thank you!

The source of Wei Chi we have the most control over relates to our emotional intelligence.

It encompasses an ability to minimize the negative while increasing the positive aspects of our emotional life. This nourishes our Wei Chi and ultimately, our immune system.

Good Wei Chi flow literally keeps us out of the doctor's office.

In the late 70s, PHYTO5 was foundedon the slogan, “Beauty is health made visible.” Updating it for today we say: “Beauty is well-being made visible.”

This motto is an expression of the PHYTO5 philosophy and mission. It’s the logical outcome of its deep roots in TCM that take into consideration all the elements that make up our being.

Poor eating, poor breathing, lack of movement, climatic aggressions, or destructive emotions, significantly weaken Wei Chi and our immune system to the point it might no longer be able to prevent pathogens from reaching deeper into the physical body.

Fortunately, as TCM tells us, there are not one but four different energetic protection levels.

If the first level of wei chi fails, the second level of protection is the chi which flows through the body along meridians or pathways of vital energy.

There are five basic functions attributed to Chi:

  1. movement

  2. warmth

  3. protection

  4. transformation, and

  5. support.

When pathogens pierce through Wei Chi to attack your chi, the illness becomes more stubborn. You experience more pronounced physical and emotional disturbance although it’s not life-threatening.

Once the illness goes deeper, it affects the vital energy of the third level of defense, the blood.

According to TCM, blood functions energetically. This function goes beyond arterial and venous circulation. It includes the movement of other fluids from the hormonal glands and the transport of nutrients, among others.

Should this master transportation system break down, the body enters a chronic illness level with severe health and emotional consequences. Pain is deeper and more prolonged.

From this one and the next level, the body might never return to full health. Containment and mitigation might be the best available outcome.

Any worsening leads to an attack on the fourth level of defense, the energy of the organs.

What’s at stake at this level is organ survival. A defeated organic chi creates a domino effect or negative spiral since each organ affects the proper function of all the others. When any organ is under siege, it deeply affects how we feel in all aspects of life.

At all levels, but particularly the third and fourth, illness is not limited to the physical aspects.

Addressing psychological, emotional, and spiritual issues are the only way to bring all aspects of our being now under siege into restored healthy alignment.

In this state, achieving wellness might be a distant dream.

At the fourth level, survival becomes the ultimate objective.

Pain management is a moment-to-moment concern. Healing through the restoration of chi within the entire body requires appropriate holistic treatment.

In other words, a comprehensive holistic approach to getting well is absolutely required.

Energy Fields and Social Coherence

November 11, 2016 phyto5.us

Each of us is a state of consciousness made of energy. When we come into contact with the energy field of another a mutual exchange occurs. We have a social responsibility to the sentient beings we influence by our energetic state of consciousness. So we should always strive to keep our energy fields beautiful so that the gift of ourselves we offer the world is always beautiful.

We consistently write on this site about our energetic reality and how it affects our lives. Most of you know that the idea that the body is not only matter but vital energy. This truth has origins in India and in China going back several millennia.

The Western world has mostly ignored this fundamental idea that the body is not just matter but vital energy as well. Although when quantum physics and quantum chemistry revealed the fundamental fact that matter is ultimately energy vibrating at speeds that make it appear as solid and liquid, people in the West have begun to pay attention.

Westerners are more and more beginning to recognize that vital matter is made vital by the presence and intelligent activity of vital energy.  We can now measure that vibrational activity with highly sophisticated equipment.

Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has a particularly practical model known as the Five Elements Theory to explain the workings of not only our environment but our physical and emotional bodies. Energy medicines have in common this holistic approach that pays attention to physical, emotional and behavioral symptoms.

HeartMath Institute, a non-profit organization whose objective is to help the development of “heart-brain-coherence” says, “The Spiritual Heart is in a way a little like a smartphone, invisibly connecting us to a large network of information. It is through an unseen energy that the heart emits that humans are profoundly connected to all living things. The energy of the heart literally links us to each other. Every person's heart contributes to a 'collective field environment.' This short video explains the importance of this connection and how we each add to this collective energy field. The energetic field of the heart even connects us with the earth itself.”

We recommend you take a few minutes to watch this video from HeartMath Institute, a short white-board video for a unique understanding of coherence and social coherence. See how they make sense within your circle of family and friends and today’s global community.

When individuals are not well self-regulated or are acting in their own interests without regard to others, it generates social incoherence. Stressful or discordant conditions in a given group act to increase emotional stress among its members and can lead to social pathologies such as violence, abuse, inefficacy, increased errors, etc. It has become increasingly clear that the leading sources of stress for adults are money issues and the social environment at work. More than 9 in 10 adults believe that stress can contribute to the development of major illnesses such as heart disease, depression and obesity, and that some types of stress can trigger heart attacks and arrhythmias. While awareness about the impact stress can have on emotional and physical health seems to be present, many working Americans continue to report symptoms of stress with 42% reporting irritability or anger, 37% fatigue, 35% a lack of interest, motivation or energy, 32% headaches and 24% upset stomachs due to stress.

The Reason for Jet Lag and Unexplained Periods of Physical Exhaustion

October 3, 2016 phyto5.us
Air_Travel.jpg

The diurnal energy cycle is a phenomenon that explains why travelers going through several time zones in a short time suffer from jet lag. It’s not so much about the plane ride thought. The body is forced to alter the time frame of its vital energy flow as it works to adapt to new time zones. And this is the reason for jet lag.

While all energies flow throughout the body at all times, there are periods when certain energies are stronger than at other times. As is true of the five energetic seasons and with the cycle of life (as with the five 15-year cycles), it is also the case every day since every two hours one of the energies become more active within your body.

The cycle repeats itself every twenty four hours. This is called the “diurnal energy cycle.”

Thank you!

There are five elements and each has a pair of organ meridians accounting for the energies of the ten organs. In addition, there are two other meridians, the heart constrictor (also called the pericardium) and the triple warmer, both of which belong to the Fire element.

Altogether they represent the twelve major energy meridians of the body. The energy flows within the meridians, but also from one meridian to another creating an endless loop.

Of course, the flow has a set pathway and increases its activity according to a set sequence and time frame which goes as follows:

1.  1-3 am: liver energy

2.  3-5 am: lung energy

3.  5-7 am: large intestine energy

4.  7-9 am: stomach energy

5.  9-11 am: spleen energy (also pancreas for its organic function)

6. 11 am-1 pm: heart energy

7. 1-3 pm: small intestine energy

8. 3-5 pm: kidney energy

9. 5-7 pm: bladder energy

10. 7-9 pm: heart constrictor (pericardium) energy

11. 9-11 pm: triple warmer energy

12. 11 pm-1 am: gallbladder energy

This realization has led some doctors to recommend taking medicine for certain organs during the peak of their energetic activity. This is called chronotherapy (from the Greek chronos meaning time). Chronotherapy has found a certain degree of recognition by medical doctors in the West.

The more a traveler suffers from energetic blockages, the more difficult it will be for the body to make a prompt adjustment. For this reason, travelers going from east to west or vice versa over several time zones, should plan on an energy balancing session before taking a long flight and also before tackling major tasks once arrived at their destination.

It makes particularly good sense to work on the energies that have been affected, given the time frame of the travel.

Yin and yang wax and wane. For example, in the diurnal cycle of the world outside the body, yang starts growing stronger after midnight and by dawn it dominates over yin, continuing to grow until it reaches a peak at noon, then declines and gives way to yin which gains ascendancy after dark and peaks at midnight. A similar cycle is thought to exist in the human body, with the body rising in vigor from dawn and turning passive after dark. The seasons likewise see yang growing rapidly in early spring and reaching a peak in mid-summer; by the autumn yin is ascendant and finally reaches a maximum in winter.

Balance Chakras by Giving Them the Energy They Lack

The seven colors that compose natural light also correspond to the energy of the seven major energetic centers of Ayurvedic medicine, or chakras. You can balance your chakras by giving them the energy they lack. There are a number of ways to balance chakras. PHYTO5 does it by applying certain energetic essential oils or specific colored light to the chakra.

In holistic living, we think of the body as an energetic system:

Chakras_Funnels_Energy.jpg
  • Vital energy powers and directs the body.

  • Vital energy sources include ancestral energy from our parents and energy transformed in our bodies from the air we breathe and the food we eat.

  • We are also subjected to the energies of our environment from:

    • heaven (in the sense of cosmic energies) and

    • earth–called telluric energies (from the Latin ‘tellus,’ meaning ‘earth).

Energy is constantly transformed and flowing within each of us, and it also flows in and out of each of us.

Ayurveda also has energy points known as marma points that correlate highly with acupuncture points, and energy channels called nadis.

There are also chakras, or energetic centers. Each chakra receives and sends out energy, creating an energy distribution system not only within the body, but also between the body and our energy field. Each chakra has its own range of energy vibration that corresponds to one of the seven colors of the rainbow. Energy blockages can also occur in chakras.

Chakras are numbered from one to seven, starting at the root chakra and ending at the crown chakra. It is best to simultaneously balance chakras by pair, determined by their symmetrical position relative to the middle or heart (fourth) chakra.

Note that the sum of the paired or complementary chakras is always eight: 7 + 1, 6 + 2, and so on.

To each chakra corresponds certain organs and for some, one or two of the eight hormonal glands. The health of organs and hormonal glands depends on the energetic quality and quantity of the corresponding chakra.

A healthy hormonal system requires a healthy chakra system, thus the importance and practicality of working with light and oils to energize and balance them.

Chakras go deep into the body in a funnel shape and extend outward several inches beyond the skin level into the layers of our energy field—the aura around the body. See illustration, right column.

When our chakric energetic centers are in balance, meaning they are neither transmitting nor receiving too much or too little energy, they are in balance. This energy center balance assists in the creation of good mental, emotional, spiritual and even, physical health because each of these aspects affects all the other ones.

Each individual aura has its own blend of vibrations, energy and color combination, specific not only to each individual but also subject to changes from moment to moment and particularly according to emotions felt.

The closer we live to nature or in harmony with it, our energy fields and centers align to the energies of the earth and we consequently experience more balance and better health. Because of the challenges our current modern world presents to us, we must find ways to ensure our chakric system stays in balance.

The chakras are divine, subtle energy centers from which all experiences in life originate. They have been described as spinning vortices of subtle energy through which the individual receives, transmits, and processes the universal life-force energy… They form a subtle and psychic network of energy through the body, mind, and spirit operate as one holistic system… The sole purpose in gaining awareness of the chakra system is to assist the individual in achieving a state of harmony within her.
