We review the forces of nature and its effects, the energetic root causes of skin and body conditions, the importance of balance and how we can utilize these tools to achieve balance not only at the level of beauty but for our total vitality.

Our programs are built on a network of interrelated disciplines which we incorporate into all our classroom experiences and which we actually live and use in our own lives:

  • principles of traditional Chinese medicine and Ayurveda

  • biofeedback, aesthetics, massage therapy

  • light therapy, lymphatic drainage

  • yoga, tai chi, qi gong
